It consists of a separate fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed for 2 people (140×200), a bathroom with shower, hill’s view balcony, a washing machine, air conditioning, a baby bed available, television via Wifi.
High speed wifi . Nespresso Dolce Gusto coffee machine. So, bring your own capsules or buy them at the Carrefour next to the flat. American and Italian coffee machine.
AVAILABLE FOR FREE:
At your disposal there is a basket with salt, sugar, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, oregano, spices.
The one room apt includes: hotplates, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, iron, ironing board.
Moreover, plenty of books for children and a variety of books for adults in Italian, French, English, German, Swedish and Russian.
Please, feel free to exchange your own books with mines. Umbrellas and chairs for the beach are provided, that’s why you can enjoy of the sun.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is unwelcome.

How to reach Menton and to move on the French Coast
PARKING AREAS:
There is plenty of parking, by payment during working hours, very close to the house and plenty of free parking in Rue Isola, Rue de la Marne and Rue De Gréville (5 minutes walk) from the flat.
At 50 meters, the underground car park “Hôtel de Ville” offers very interesting packages. To load and unload your luggage you can park your car 15′ in Rue Honorine because 20 meters only from the building.
HOW TO GET THERE:
You can reach Menton by A8 motorway and bring exit Menton, go straight on until the Casino, turn left and again straight on avenue Felix Faure until the beginning of the traffic-free area.
By plane to Nice Cote d’Azur Airport, then bus n.100-110, stop Menton-Casino or catch the free tramway to railway station Nice St.Augustin -Gare de Menton, then 5 minutes walk
OR
go up on the free Navette Verte 3rd stop then cross Saint Michel, cross the street, pass the passage Saint Michel and in front of you is the main door of the building.
HOW TO MOVE AROUND:
You can travel easily along the Cote D’azur by either bus or train, visiting a variety of lovely towns and historical villages.
HOW TO REACH ITALY:
To visit the Italian Riviera, simply train to Ventimiglia, Italy and from there, purchase Italian train’s tickets to travel to many destinations in Italy.
